Need a nice natural pick me up? Try this kale smoothie. Its so good and so good for you!
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
4-5 strawberries
1 handful of kale (more if your feeling crazy)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of ice
Blend all this yummy goodness in a blender until smooth (about 1 minute)
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!!
